3rd Edge had the privilege of developing the annual report for Orbis International, an innovative, heroic non-profit dedicated to eradicating preventable blindness worldwide. Our work captures Orbis’s life transforming work. We highlighted their capacity building model which transfers critical ophthalmological skills to doctors in developing countries.
The Flying Eye Hospital, a retrofitted 727 airplane, facilitates sight-saving surgeries from Africa to Asia. And of course, there are the people… The wonderful individuals whose sight is restored and the men & women of Orbis who make it all happen. We use poignant photography, information graphics, compelling content and branded design to generate public awareness of this hidden epidemic and help Orbis win support.
